What is the refund policy?

There are norefunds available. However on booking online you are charged only a 10% deposit and a 5 Euro booking fee and the remainder is to be paid when leaving the hotel. You will only lose your deposit and the booking fee.

What is the difference between a booking request and a booking confirmation?

A booking request means that you have not yet been successful in making a booking, but should a room become available we will contact you to confirm that you wish to proceed with the booking. A booking confirmation means that you have been successful in making a reservation in a hotel.

Do I need to confirm my booking with the accommodation directly?

No, you do not need to contact the accommodation directly.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking you will lose your 10% deposit and your 5 Euro booking fee.

What does the price include?

The price includes taxes, room cost and breakfast where indicated on a hotel. If a hotel is offering breakfast it will cleary be indicated on their page.

Am I charged the full price on booking online?

No you are charged a 10% booking fee and a 5 Euro Deposit, the remainder is to be paid when leaving the hotel.

What currencies do you accept payment in?

We accept payment in Euros, US Dollars and Sterling.

Is a payment taken if the booking request cannot be fulfilled?

No there is no charge until you can successfully make a booking.

The payment is made to hoteldublin.ie limited, which will appear on your credit statement.

Where can I find my Reference Number for my booking?

Your reference number is located in the booking details on the confirmation email you were sent when the booking was made.

The hotel will contact you within 48hrs if we can fulfill your booking request.

Is it safe to book online?

Your shopping experience here will be guaranteed to be safe and secure. All transactions will be processed using the payment gateway of Realex, and all transmissions are secured with an encryption certificate from Thawte Consulting.
