These are the terms and conditions governing use of this website and the agreement that operates between us and you (the "terms"). These terms set out the rights and obligations of all users ("you") and those of Hotel Dublin. IE Limited having its registered office at Amiens Street in the City of Dublin ("us"/"our"/ "we") in relation to the services offered by us through the website known as just reservations.com

It is hereby agreed that the terms and conditions of our agreement shall be as follows:-

1. Making a Booking

Any booking made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you which we may, at our choice, accept. No contract shall exist until payment of the 10% due to us is received and the booking is confirmed to you. All rooms and prices on the website are subject to availability.

2. Use of Site

You may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries or bookings. You will not make any speculative false or improper bookings or any booking in anticipation of demand. If we are of the opinion that such a booking has been made we shall be entitled to cancel the booking and inform the relevant authorities. You shall provide correct and accurate e-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary If you do not give us all of the information that we need, we may not be able to complete your booking.

3. Vouchers / Booking Confirmation

You must present your booking confirmation details to the hotel upon arrival as they are proof of pre-payment of both us and the hotel. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct. Accommodation will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. Where the details on the confirmation are not correct, you should contact us prior to travel at justreservations.com. It is also your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you input into the enquiry screen before you complete the booking. The cost of the service requested may vary on amendment of the details and if so you will have to pay these in addition. A new confirmation email will be sent to you. If a booking request can be fulfilled the hotel will contact you within 48hrs

4. Prices and Payment

Payment for the services requested must be paid in full, by credit or debit card, on-line at the time of booking of both the amount due to the hotel and the 10% commission due to us and the flat rate booking fee of €5.00. This charge will be shown on your back statement as coming from Hotel Dublin which is our registered company name.

5. Cancellation and Amendment

Regardless of when the cancellation takes place the payments due to us are non-refundable in their entirety

Changes:

Cancellations of confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions per room booking: Cancellations made within 7 days of your stay will incur the full cost of the booking and therefore you will not be entitled to any refund. Any other changes (if they are possible) will incur a €30.00 charge per booking or relevant currency equivalent. Busy Periods

Numbers of rooms may be restricted and rates may alter at certain times of the year e.g. Valentines, Easter, school holidays, events and exhibition periods.

6. Star Ratings and Quality of Accommodation

We give no warranty or undertaking as to the nature of the star ratings applicable to the hotel in question which has been booked. The quality of the hotel applicable to the relevant star rating may vary considerably from Country to Country. Similarly, the type of room provided by the hotel in question may also vary. It is up to you to check the type of accommodation and services provided by each hotel in accordance with your reservation.

7. Accuracy of Information

The hotel information and listings are compiled from information provided by the hotels. We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotel information and listings are accurate and up-to-date. As such, we cannot be responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions or misleading information contained in the hotel listings or information.

No liability of any nature or kind whatsoever can be accepted by us in the event that the information provided by any particular hotel turns out to be inaccurate, in error or misleading in any material way whatsoever.

It is a matter for you to take out travel and/or holiday insurances such as may be required by you.

8. Unavailability

In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will endeavour to offer an alternative hotel at an equivalent standard and price in the same general location.

9. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the hotel must be notified to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation.. However we can not guarantee nor do we take responsibility for the standard of accommodation.

No liability of any nature or kind whatsoever is accepted by us in respect of any default on the part of the hotel or its management in the provision of any services whatever by it.

10. Disclaimer

The terms and information contained on the website may change from time to time without notice and therefore each time you make a booking you should check the terms and any relevant information for yourself. Due to the open nature of this website and the potential for errors in the storage and transmission of digital information, we do not warrant the accuracy and security of information transmitted to or obtained from this website unless otherwise expressly set out on this website. All materials posted on this website are provided "as is" and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

11. Hypertext Links

This website may be linked to other websites that are not maintained by us. We are not responsible for the content of those websites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement or recommendation by us of the websites and we disclaim any warranty (expressed, implied or otherwise howsoever arising) about the content and operation of these sites. 12. Use of Client's Contact Information

You agree and consent that we may use your contact information (i.e. e-mail, postal address and/or other contact details) in order to contact you in the event of a problem with the booking.

13. Use of the Website

You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

14. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable under this contract for any loss or damage caused whether or not by us or our employees or agents, in circumstances where:- (i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;

(ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;

(iii) any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract;

(iv) the losses are business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers.

15. Privity of Contract

These terms and the agreement are between you and us. You are not entitled to assign or delegate your rights under them.

16. Copying Information

All intellectual property and information on this site is ours or is licensed to us and you shall not copy these without our permission. This does not prevent you using this website to the extent necessary to make a copy of any booking details.

17. Amendment of the Terms

Each time you use this website you will be bound by the then current terms and you should review these each time you make a booking to satisfy yourself that you are happy with them.

18. Severability

These terms shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

19. Third Parties

A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement

20. Force Majeure

Neither you nor us shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond your or our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil commotion or industrial dispute ("force majeure"). If such delay or failure continues for at least 30 days, the party not subject to the force majeure shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the other. The party subject to the event of force majeure shall, as soon as practicable, give notice of the event to the other party, such notice to include a reasonable forecast of the duration of the event.

21. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute a binding agreement between us and you should read them carefully and ensure they contain everything you want and nothing you are not prepared to agree to.

22. Governing Law

The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Ireland and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland
